We absolutely love the food at this restaurant, and the friendly staff always make us feel welcome and eager to help.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered for pick-up and informed them I was in a taxi, asking if they could have my order ready. They assured me it would be ready in 20 minutes. However, when I arrived 30 minutes later, they hadn't even started preparing my order. I ended up waiting another 25-30 minutes while my taxi waited outside to take me home. I explained that I had to pay the driver an additional $20 because he was frustrated with the delay, but they simply shrugged it off, saying it wasn’t their problem because they were busy. I pointed out that there were only three customers in the restaurant, and the phone hadn't rung at all during my wait. Not once did they offer an apology, a discount, or anything complimentary. To top it off, the food was mediocre at best. I will never return to this establishment again. What a disgrace!

This charming little Thai restaurant in Woopston Village is truly amazing. The authentic Thai food is beautifully prepared, and the service is outstanding.

Food are very good, we are in local, so keep supporting. But just notice for new patron, they don't accept creadit card, only bank card eftpos payment only. And curry or stair fry dishes are not included rice, rice are extra price.

Not a good experience. Ordered Vegetarian stir fried rice as a takeaway plus a Green Curry. Arrived home to find the stir fry had chicken in it. The curry well all the sauce was absorbed into the rice. Should be in separate containers.
