Kfc Colombo Street - Christchurch

This must be the 2nd worst KFC I 've ever been to (if you want to know the worst was in Canada, where KFC is the lowest-tier fast food). There was so much confusion from the very beginning when I had to type the number of table localizator that wasn 't there, my made up number was my order number, other people 's numbers changed to some 4 digit number that they didn 't know not helping overall confusion. After about 20 minutes of waiting (there were like 4 other orders to sort out, almost empty restaurant), I got my meal. After opening it, I found out that they didn 't include supercharged sauce. So I went to the counter and asked for it, showed the receipt and was told that they don 't have such thing. After like a second, the guy told me that they have it. So I was like so can I get it since I paid for it and it was not included and he said that they don 't have anything like that and he can give me tomato sauce. I didn 't want to add to the rush of an empty restaurant so I took tomato sauce that I could have gotten for free. I 've never had a double down nor secret recipe pieces so I don 't have anything to compare, but I 'm probably not having these again.

No here if I could. The order was wrong, missing potato and bread rolls. Chicken was cold, chips were cold and limp. I could see through the window to the greasy filthy shop. Once my money was taken, cash which I had to tell the server how much change to give me my order was passed out the window and the window shut, there was no way of telling them that my order was wrong. As it was cold and wet I wasn’t going to waste my time and go in. My advice unless you’re desperate avoid it like the plaque. There as so many other fantastic chicken places around now. Will try empire chicken from now on.

Seems to have a new owner. the chips and wicked wings are a good and crip quality. when you want to drive through , take your time. today it only took me 20min. with 2 cars ahead of me. if you are hungry, I recommend to buy a snack before starting to wait for a good snack.

We were the 1st ones to the restaurant 10.05am, and was told they arent serving chicken until another 15mins... So we thought we would wait around hoping the service would get better. Facilities werent very clean, toilets were dirty. Not on our list, where we want to come again. We love KFC, definitely not this one any time soon.

I will be going to Linwood from now on. Tonight was the last straw. This KFC has run out of wicked wings too many times now. I just want my wicked wings for gods sake. Honestly every time I go it’s 50/50 whether or not they actually have Wicked wings they will not tell you until after you have paid no option to back out or change your order then. Original recipe is not a good substitute for wicked wings. Original recipe is gross. OBVIOUSLY NEED TO ORDER MORE WICKED WINGS AS THEY ARE MOST POPULAR. Obviously trying to run the business on a budget.
