Contribuisci feedbackFirstly we got charged twice for a XL bucket. Took the manager 10 minutes to come and talk to us just to say there is nothing he could do about it. Until I put up a fight he then took photos of the bank statements about to walk off without our details. Now been here 33 minutes later waiting on food. Manger is very rude, and service is definitely a -100.
Went in store becos it was busy in drive thru, would have been quicker in the drive thru. The store was dirty and tables very dirty. Our food was half warm and no salt on the chips, popcorn chicken was not fresh tasting and most pieces were dry. Not a good store to have food from today.
Went through drive through ,once home noticed 2 potatoe n gravy missing,rung up and note was put into book for credit.when collected I couldn't believe how many pages of notes that week for items missing! With the price u pay u shouldn't have items missing! Need to sort it out staff!
If you value your time and your money do not go here! Ordered online got confirmation that my order was ready within 2 minutes... Still took another 40 minutes to actually get my cold food and half the order was missing. Rung up to complain and got told they would call back after checking, get the call back and answer to laughing and the caller talking to someone else. Got told I had to come in to get the rest of my delivery order! Absolutely rude customer service. The entire staff either need retrained or replaced including and especially the management.
Probably the only good KFC in Christchurch. They're a bit slack on the cleaning. But other than that, they're pretty good. My mum and I come in sometimes for dinner just as a treat for us and so far we've gotten everything we paid for. But if they do miss something, can simply go up to the counter and ask for the missing food, they won't ask questions. It's also so easy to order with the self order systems. So I'll have to give them four stars.
