Mcdonald's Hornby - Christchurch

Didn't have what I wanted. (Wanted a sundae) but I did come in at 10pm at night so that might have been my fault. Said the sundae wasn't available not sure if that was because the ice cream machine is broke or they just don't serve them at that time.

Ordered 2 burgers. Double quarter pounder combo large with coke and a triple cheeseburger. Received a triple cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger and a good third of the drink was missing

Honestly for a major hub and late night only spot open in the area, the food I got was not even human grade. Cold chips, a big Mac that had obviously been around for hours. It was cold dry...like really dry. You could knock on it like wood. Absolutely terrible. Come on. How could anyone even let that food out the door. Pls pls don't go here. This is the worst meal I've got in 30 years from any MacDonald's around the world. That a lot of places. Shame on you for that discusting stuff you just served me.

This McDonalds is very dirty. Even if you come here early in the morning it’s always disgusting. The bathrooms are so gross. Don’t think they ever clean this place at all. Can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Do better

Great food as always, I work close by so it's great if you wanna quick meal and don't want to eat your ham sandwich or apple
