Einstein Bros. Bagels

I ordered my sandwich online using the screen and was disappointed when I received it. I had requested an Albuquerque Turkey sandwich on an Everything Bagel, with avocado, and specified that I wanted it thin. However, the sandwich was on a different type of bread, not thin, and was missing the avocado. When I asked the staff about it, they told me that the sandwiches were pre-made and seemed to imply that my request was unreasonable. I questioned why I was able to make specific choices if the sandwiches were pre-made, but was met with a dismissive response. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant if you expect to receive what you order with good service.

I enjoy a good bagel, but when I'm in a hurry, I'll settle for Einstein's.
