Contribuisci feedbackAs a long-time patron of Pollo Tropical, I must express my profound disappointment with the experience at location #10030, situated at 581 N. W. 57th Avenue, Miami, FL 33126. In over 35 years of patronage, this establishment stands as a stark contrast to the standards set by the corporation. The quality of food, service, and facility at this particular store is the worst I've encountered. Having utilized Pollo Tropical's catering services for numerous large-scale corporate events and conferences, I can attest that this location fails to uphold the brand's reputation. On multiple occasions—believe it or not, I’ve given this location several attempts for redemption— the employees demonstrate a blatant lack of concern for both their product and customers, performing only the bare minimum. By as early as 8:30pm, they offer a stripped down menu comprising solely chicken on bone and rice, no other sides available —a service far below expectations. Despite the establishment's supposed closing time of midnight, it seems more fitting for them to shut their doors by 8:30pm. Any attempt to dine beyond 9pm is met with dismissal. Fortunately I have no problem taking my business to Burger King across the street. It is my hope that Pollo Tropical #10030 undergoes a significant overhaul to match the caliber expected of the brand.
Good food, good flavor, the grilled chicken with its rice and beans are very good, and the cassava croquettes are exquisite.
