Siam Palace - Christchurch, Barbados

I arrived 35 minutes before closing time at an empty restaurant. When I asked the older man who I assume was the manager if they were still open, he indicated they were about to close. It seemed like he was always ready to leave. Perhaps they should consider changing their closing time to 10, 9, or even 8pm. However, my waitress came to the rescue! She ushered me to a table, took my order, and my food arrived promptly. It was a delicious and perfect dining experience. In my humble opinion, she should be the manager. Overall, it was a great Thai food experience and I will definitely return when in the area.

I went to this restaurant for lunch today and the Pad Thai was fantastic! The curry puffs were the highlight of the meal, and the homemade ginger dressing on the salad was delicious. I will definitely return. Everything was tasty, the restaurant was very clean, and parking was convenient.
