Arby's - Christiansburg

I had asked for Arby sauce and ketchup but didnt receive any. Also curly fries were hard and dry like they had sit all day.

They downsized the food while increasing the prices. Food tasted good but its too expensive for what it is now.

The French dip was enjoyable. The beef and cheddar were tasty, but the amount of cheese was significantly less than what was depicted in the picture. As for the medium Coke... I have no idea what it actually was. It had an extremely acidic and harsh taste, almost like a watered-down version of Diet Coke or Dr. Pepper. No clue what I was drinking.

They had run out of roast beef, so I wasn't able to get my beef and cheddar sandwich.

It’s been hit or miss for me. This time, my drink was absolutely terrible—I couldn’t even finish it. Additionally, my sandwich seemed pre-made rather than cooked to order, which affected the flavor. I really hope you can improve!
