Taco Bell - Christiansburg

I ordered/purchased two items in my order: Chicken Quesadilla and Pepperoni Pizza water) via the drive-thru. When I arrived at my destination, I realized that the pizza HAD NOT been placed in the bag. When I called the store and asked if that item could be refunded as I was unable to return for the item), I was rudely told that the only way I could be refunded is to come back—I could NOT refunded over the phone or I could return any time later to receive the item). This policy needs to change, especially when the phone call occurred within 10 minutes of ordering. There needs to be additional customer service training on the proper way to handle the situation. I do admit my faults in not checking the order before I pulled away and my anger at the situation on the phone I also may have hung up prematurely). I do not see myself returning to this Taco Bell or any others in the future.

5 employees. FIVE! 5 employees in the restaurant each looked at me, two clocked in on the register. Never once asked what I was there for. I was there to pick up an order. Another man was also there to pick up a DoorDash. We both waited 15 minutes, was never spoken to or told hello, I didn’t get my order, I left. As I was leaving a family walked in trying to order a pizza off the kiosk, he yelled 3 times saying “excuse me” and finally the drive thru girl said they would be with them in a minute. I don’t know who the management is but they need to coach these employees customer service. More importantly, who’s in charge today letting employees treat customers this way? Absolutely horrible and it’s very rude. You have customers coming in and choose not to acknowledge them. Also, when you walk in there, it stinks. It smells rotten.

I ordered a Mexican pizza, an it was the nastiest taste ever!!!! whatever they cooked the pizza crust/tortilla in tastes like old burnt grease I called three times no answer I live to far away to drive back cuz I would get my coin back ASAP!!! I would never do my customers that way they gotta know the grease old you can smell it n see it when it’s bad !!! Shame on this location !!!
