Recently went in for lunch on our lunch break. They were under the pump (usual lunch rush), and said it would be a bit of a wait. We said that 's fine, expecting it to be max. 20 minutes. Did not expect it to take 45 minutes for two sandwiches. When we went up to the counter after waiting 40 minutes, we were met with a grumpy woman saying no, it hasn 't been that long. I 'm doing yours now . We have a digital receipt of when we made the payment, so it definitely had been that long. After all that, they got one of the sandwich ingredients wrong. If they were polite and kept us updated on our order, we would have been fine. But they were rude and we won 't be going back. Friendly staff. Amazing coffee, and hot dog with the most generous serve of well done bacon, cheese and loads of onion, I was blown away. Finished off with a light and fluffy cannoli. Great lunch.
