While the delay in the food was not the server's fault, I requested to speak with a manager to address our concerns. However, the manager refused to come over, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. To make matters worse, we were told we still had to pay for the food that hadn’t arrived because we were tired of waiting. After paying for our meals, the rest of the food was finally brought out, but by then, we were already at the front door. The staff noticed we were leaving, and I expressed my disappointment at how they wasted perfectly good food. When I inquired about the manager's name, I received 3-4 different names from various employees, which felt very unprofessional. To provide an accurate review, I recommend checking who the actual manager was on that day, Sunday, October 23, 2020, between 4 PM and 5 PM. The names I received were Jennifer and Danika, but I'm not confident these are accurate.

Exercise caution when placing a To-Go order; some staff members seem unsure of what they're doing. I faced issues twice, and the girl handling my order didn’t seem to care. However, the food is really good!

This restaurant is an excellent choice for a meal! The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend the garlic herring noodles—they're outstanding! I couldn't resist biting into the salt and pepper chicken wings before taking a picture; they were too tempting! Overall, it's a fantastic spot for lunch, dinner, or a family night out.

Really nice. Felt clean, fresh and comfortable. Sushi was really good. Nothing too special, but definitely worth a try. The pig chops in the ramen were really delicious. Ramen was delicious.

Rich broth, springy noodles, and fast service, I'll say I'm satisfied with my experience, definitely coming back just for the wings and beer with some friends.
