Always time for a cup of coffee! Love this Terra Nova neighborhood hangout. It's a cool place to walk in to simply get a cup of coffee or to stay a while hanging out with a friend. Chill ambiance, clean inviting. I was greeted when I entered, super nice. I always remember to sign in with my phone to earn my points. The banana bread is delicious I always enjoy a cup of coffee!

BAGEL REVIEW: I definitely don't recommend this place. Einstein Bagels is right next door, and the line there was out of this world. I decided to try a bagel here and it was disappointing. While it seemed fresh, it was overly breaded, crumbly, and dry—definitely a waste of money. Unfortunately, I was already on the road and didn't have the chance to go back. The takeaway here: if there's a bagel shop next to a coffee shop, you know which one to choose.

I typically visit this restaurant at least twice a week to do my homework, but this week's experience has left me feeling uncertain about returning. The atmosphere and service have noticeably changed. It seems that the staff have some friends hanging out, and they are significantly louder than usual. The space is quite large and can often echo, but usually, patrons keep their voices at a reasonable level, creating a pleasant background hum. However, the group socializing with the baristas was particularly boisterous, even whistling to one another while sitting close together. Despite this distraction, I still recommend their drinks and food; the pastries, in particular, are excellent.

The best mocha in town! The breakfast paninis are a must-try! The staff is friendly and efficient. It's a fantastic spot for coffee or lunch!

This has been the neighborhood coffee shop for over 20 years and sadly the service is rude and unprofessional to say the very least. There is one person in particular, Mila or Camila who is extremely unprofessional, unhappy, and lacks customer service with a simple smile or hello to, what can I get for you today? It 's unfortunate to start your day/morning to grab a cup of coffee and you deal with so much attitude that it just sets the tone for your day. Great customer service goes a long way and unfortunately you won 't get that here unless management really starts to care about their customer service environment and who they choose to hire to be their front line.
