They went out of their way to answer my questions, actually I only asked a couple and they had a lot to say about their vegan options, they were VERY excited about it! Asked if they'd customize a Margherita by adding soy chorizo and they were happy to oblige, flavor was great. It's taken me time to enjoy vegan cheese, I won't pretend I think it's the same as having regular mozzarella used to be in my pre vegan days but you know... this was a great pizza. Loved the ambience too, for a small little strip mall style spot, it was trendy. They played a Cut Copy playlist the whole time I was there and I got to munch on my pie while listening to Lights and Music. Really loved it, would go back/recommend.
We’ve made Joe and Ernie’s a weekly thing. We’ve been pleasantly surprised by how good their vegan options are, especially for a place that isn’t entirely vegan in their menu. The mango habanero pizza is very good, as is their vegan meat lovers. Their gluten free crust is also quite tasty.
Loved the spicy and non spicy sauce option as well as the gluten free and vegan cheese/protein choices. Great service
