L L Hawaiian Bbq - Chula Vista

This was our first time at L&L, and we were truly impressed. We ordered the half-and-half BBQ beef and chicken katsu, which came with rice and macaroni salad. The beef was incredibly flavorful, and the chicken was tender and delicious. The rice was excellent, and the macaroni salad was a delightful addition. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring you'll leave feeling satisfied. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan to return to sample more items from their menu.

I would say it's the best BBQ I've ever had at a restaurant. The only downside is their rice, which is sticky and bland. I wish their rice was more like Luna, the Persian-style rice. Overall, the food gets a 5/5!

As someone from Hawaii, I've had my fair share of meals at L&L while living there. This time, I tried the Kalua pig and laulau plate for the first time, and it was fantastic and priced well. I just wish they offered poi with the meal! Food: 5/5

We love this place! The staff are always so nice! We love the food! Hot and fresh! They have lumpia as well. They have Fountain drinks as well as can beverages available. The restaurant is small and busy, we got ours to go as usual. We will be back when we are in the area again.
