Los Panchos Otay Ranch - Chula Vista

I visited Los Panchos on 8/1/23 and had an amazing experience. The manager (I forgot her name but she was a brunette) provided exceptional customer service that truly made my visit memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.I ordered the Panchos Burrito, and it was wonderful! The burrito was extremely flavorful, and the portions were generous.To top it off, the manager surprised me with a complimentary bag of chips, which was a pleasant and unexpected gesture. It added that extra touch of hospitality that sets this restaurant apart.I highly recommend Los Panchos to anyone looking for amazing Mexican cuisine and outstanding customer service. My visit was fantastic!

This is the FIRST los panchos that has bad food dont eat here u will have the runs to the toilet, really bad customer service i was there around 8pm 7-13-23

This place constantly screws up my orders. How can you mess up a bean and rice burrito?! And the food isn’t even that great, and I only go for convenience. There are plenty of other options for Mexican food in this area, so don’t go here.

Absolutely fantastic! The food is excellent, the service is incredibly fast, and the atmosphere is lovely.

I haven't visited this location, but I've been to the one on H Street and Broadway. I really love their food! Whenever I come to Chula Vista, California, I always make it a point to eat there. The food is fantastic!
