Romano's Macaroni Grill Otay Ranch

The staff, food, and atmosphere were fantastic, but it took quite a long time for our meals to arrive. Although the waitress apologized for the delay, we still had to wait quite a while. Nevertheless, everything else was excellent.

The cuisine was delicious, and the bread with oil and pepper was excellent. The drinks were enjoyable, and the atmosphere was inviting. The service was great, making for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place!

Went on Valentine’s Day. Got a quick reservation on this website. A couple red flags... 1) when I checked in they told me they overbooked reservations. 2) they said the food was taking longer than usual. I was seated at 7:30pm on time for my reservation but didn’t not receive my food until 9:30pm. Do not attend for special holidays! They can’t handle the crowd even when they advertise that they can.

The food was fantastic, but the service was disappointing. This is the first time I've experienced this, and I sincerely hope it's just a one-time issue.
