Contribuisci feedbackThis is one of my favorite places to go. Todays take out really got me upset, the amount of food for how much i payed was really disappointing. I wouldn’t mind paying more but getting the same amount. I told the lady, why it was less food portion and said “depends who cooks it” which shouldn’t be like that.
Front desk was terrible, new person didn’t even know the specials , she asked the back , crew , Marianna , very rude person , food is good , but be ready for bad customer service , no sense of service, owner should train his crew for customer service..
I'll be generous and give this place 2 stars. They deserve 1 star, but the guy at the counter was nice. Having said that, this place without a doubt, must have bought their ratings. There is NO WAY they have a 4.9/5 rating! It is absolutely one of the worst Mediterranean/Middle Eastern joints around. Most of the food is bland, which is hard to comprehend given the fact this type of cuisine is usually packed with flavor. The chicken they use is probably cooked early in the day and continuously reheated throughout the day. The gyro meat was tough and probably treated in the same manner as the chicken.
Not friendly to older customers. The point of sale system is set up for self-service only. It waited over a minute to tell me there was a problem, and it couldn't process my credit card tap payment. I canceled the order, as this was an option in the system and left. An employee watched without offering to assist. I can live with that, but after eating elsewhere, I saw that their point of sale system is trying to bill me for a meal I didn't receive.
Salty fries and salty kebab meat. It was a waste of money as it’s our first time buy. Greek salad was good and its dressing. I hope they get better and use lesser salt.
