We were surprised that it was inside of a boutique hotel, but the food was very fresh and you can peek right into their kitchen as your food is being prepared. We are pescatarian/vegetarian so sometimes it can be difficult to find menus that are not carne/meat heavy. We ordered: To start Garlic aoili fries, caprese salad for me, and shrimp poppers for hubby. For our main courses we had the cauliflower and fried fish tacos. The sauces were very complementary to the tacos, everything was flavorful and balanced. Drinks: Limonadas and horchata, non alcoholic, we don't drink much, but there was a well stocked bar available. We didn't order dessert because we were so full. I even took part of my caprese salad home in a doggy bag. Word to the wise: The dining seating is in a covered courtyard next to a pool, it can feel humid so bring a fan or way to stay cool. Also, wear mosquito repellant. Pricing: Overall we paid about P900 including tip, service was great. I think the portions could have been a little bigger for the price, but the ingredients were quality. Vegetarian options: They had great vegetarian options: veggie burgers, vegetarian tacos, appetizers. Kid friendliness: The menu has some kid friendly favorites albeit a little elevated in flavor profile: French fries, tacos, hamburgers. Blown away by the hospitality of our waitress Are, she spoke perfect English and recommended other tourism areas to visit. The restaurant is beautiful and has a very peaceful and friendly vibe with a nice breeze. The meal of pollo chilaquiles and motulenos and ice caps were the best meals of our lives. Watching the kitchen staff through the window take such care is something not often seen. Can't wait to return.
