Bulgari Il - Chuo-ku

The server and manager at this restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. The manager even provided me with samples of my favorite tea, which is exclusive to Bulgari Hotels and hard to find elsewhere. The service was excellent overall.

Delicious tea. Only a few customers behind me were speaking very loudly on the phone.

I have been here twice now and each time has been great. I look forward to dining here again in the future.

Located around Dotonbori, it was an easy place to get to. The beef set (6 different cuts) was well worth the money for the quality one receives. Not to mention the excellent service and lack of language barriers (the staff speaks English Mandarin in addition to Japanese). This place is a definite must-go-to when one visits Osaka and is a massive beef fan.
