Absolutely abysmal. Pizza saturated in bbq sauce was told it’s a normal portion it’s not, the pizza was literally inedible. Was refused a refund/replacement. Staff were rude and food was substandard. No Stars Wow staff are soooo aggressive. Ordered a no cheese pizza on the app. When I collected guess what cheese on there. Told they don’t control the app. And told had to pay again for the pizza. And watched as no control of allergens cheese just thrown over the counter. And cheese bits again on daughters pizza, you can’t write this can you. Avoid avoid avoid. Service: Take out

I orderd from Rubery shop for a reason, then i get messaged saying your order coming from northfield branch ? I didn't want food from northfield branch due to past bad services, and then Rubery just passed my order back to Northfield branch, another under cooked pizza, thanks to Rubery/Northfield.. why pass your order to another branch.. so Dum...

Dominoes I’m eating your pizza while watching the dominoes documentary on tv, why do you not put the amount of toppings on you should be. Ive just watched 28 pieces of pepperoni on a pepperoni passion, and I also could not see the tomato purée through the cheese, you need to start putting on what you should be.
