High quality food, beautifully decorated cakes Patsy's is the best!
Luckily they have great donuts because their customer service is AWFUL! If your not one of their regulars they don 't try and make you feel welcome...
Patsy's never disappoints! The cakes are very affordable, always taste delicious, and look great!
They done a great job on my baby shower cake 4 years ago.
