Quaint cafe and absolutely lovely cakes! Have been going for years, but disappointed with the queue system being rather unorganised, I get it’s a small place and few staff so hard to keep track but I witnessed many people paying and leaving (they were sitting in not taking away) yet nobody popped outside to get us, this also meant some customers who wanted to come in ended up leaving as the wait was far too long and thought we were forgotten about. We ended up standing near the doorway after a further 10 minutes of waiting in the rain with no staff member in sight (yet customers leaving the cafe) where a waitress told us we need to stand outside (again) yet there’s a sign in the doorway stating to wait there to be seated?! Very confusing!
