The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. It is one of my favorite places to shop because the staff always remembers my order and shows genuine interest in their customers. I am concerned about why the store is currently closed and I hope that everyone is doing okay.

This restaurant offers a good cup of coffee that is not watery, milky, burnt, or pretentious. They also have dairy-free milk options and a selection of small cabinet food items. In addition, the magazine section of the store serves as a post office. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

They make amazing coffees here! great place to sit and have coffee and chit chat with your friends or colleagues. i always come here to get my coffee during my 'tea break '. they also have varieties of magazines and newspapers for you to read or buy.

Excellent selection of magazines, which is increasingly hard to find elsewhere. Especially good for UK magazines, including many not available at Wellington library. The only sore point is the cost, but that's just part of the price of living in NZ, and of their maintaining a decent stock.

Thanks to the lovely young woman I met today introduced herself as Bella and was the most friendly and neat young woman. She made the best ever coffee and I just really enjoyed the chat with her
