The chicken salad here tastes good but the yolk is watery and I will try hamburger or yogurt smoothie next time. The space here is a little crowded.

My favourite little cafe! Go there almost every weekend, best curly fries in welly. Their coffee is amazing and the chocolate marshmallow heart tops it all off :

I saw the reviews via TripAdvisor Google Reviews and decided to get lunch @skippingstonecafe. The eatery is popular for our locals and is situated around the Bay Road shopping center, Kilbirnie.<br/ <br/ Berry Friand $4.20 and Chai Latte $5<br/ The Berry Friand was decent, It was soft and easy to cut into. I would have like to had more berry pieces in the friand or even a liquid/runny berry coulis. This way, I can take the sweetness from the berry cake and not just the cake.<br/ <br/ Chai Latte was nicely presented with a neat decoration to top it off. Good balance of spices from the cardamon and the sweetness from the milk

Great place to have lunch on a summer day. Decor is fresh, staff are welcoming, plus yummy food and coffee! Recommend the iced mocha or smoothies

Best coffee in Kilbirnie!Well priced items and coffee is a must!Cabinet food is tasty aswell as menu food.Not much to offer but just enough to cover the bases. Staff are always lovely and helpful and nice cafe near the end of the shops.
