Contribuisci feedbackIf I can give 0 stars I would. I went in to order my elderly parents sandwiches since I was visiting them. I ordered exactly how my parents requested their sandwiches. The lady with facial piercings and name tag that says SCAR (probably a fake name tag because she 's so unhappy with her life she has to treat people like **** so don 't want her real name out there) on her hat treated me awful when I ordered how my parents told me. I lived overseas for years and have not stepped in a subway until today. I had no idea what certain things were. SCAR gave attitude and rolled her eyes at me when I told her I had not been in a subway in years. She proceeded to talk back rudely and was just making a mess of the sandwiches. Customer service was terrible by this manager on duty. The guy at the register seems nice and asked me about my living overseas. But I never got a receipt so I bet they overcharged me for 2 sandwiches, 1 was a combo.
On 4/17/23, I had issues with an order that was delivered with the items and drinks for several in one bag while other items were missing. Called in advance to let the store know that we were on our way to retrieve the rest of our order and was met with ignorance and disrespect. Things only escalated from there. When we arrive I carry the bag which is no longer in tact to the counter to show the employees how it was packed. The assistant manager was present and failed to accept any responsibility and instead blamed other customers and the delivery driver. We had an heated exchange full of insults for quite some time which resulted in her doing her best imitation at what she likely perceives to be someone of color she says, I need to hurry and finish this so that I can get up outta her and get to my second job cause I 'm bout my money. This will always be what I associate with Subway from now on.
Waited in line for a good amount of time to order soup just to be told that they don't have soup after 4 PM. The restaurant doesn't close till 10 so that is six hours with no soup. Very upsetting and makes no sense.
Customer service was awful. Purple haired manager should be fired the way she talks to her employees and customers. Very Disrespectful.
I did an online order which ended with me getting a refund. Horrible customer service due to Assistant Manager's attitude. No plans to ever eat from thus chain again.
