We had come to taste the real citadel ttorro. and we were not disappointed: cooking fair fish and perfect seasoning. this address offers in a Basque brewery setting dishes of very good quality with a very pleasant service. in addition to the map are offered two entries and two desserts. I tasted oysters and beef tartare and white pepper and grapefruit cheese. simply beautiful! I loved this restaurant for its cuisine but also its service. the mix between the traditional but also sometimes inventive side of the kitchen made me very pleasantly surprised. you have excellent fish and typical Basque dishes (including tturo). but you also have surprising associations that treat your taste buds. Beef and tomato tartar accompanied by an oyster was simply succulent. the service was perfect: efficient and warm. It was the first time we went to this restaurant, and probably not the last one!

Atmosphere, friendliness and quality of the dishes make this restaurant an address to remember. The ttoro is sublime. We've been advised this address and we don't hesitate to do the same.
