Contribuisci feedbackThe employees were on the back of the phone. they saw that we came in and didn't even recognize us. waits for about 10 minutes to sit and nothing. there were only some tables occupied so they were not “busy”.
I ordered my food on the app. When the reasonable period was passed, my order was not found anywhere. the kitchen was secured, but people who had placed their order within the same time were given orders there. 45 minutes past and all they could say was that it wasn't ready and must continue to wait...no mistakes, no updates...not that I asked about the manager. he's coming over and we're chatting. call me to wait further. he takes care of others, but he finally remembers to check in my order. it's not yet to be found, let me get your names so we can cancel. but you can't give me the lesson. order them there ( prepare them to wait. they are disorganized) or in!
Terrible service! place is dirty. the server does not recognize it. filz rushed to order. it took 25 minutes after our ordering space for our drinks and other 20 to get the food. eating was a bit burned. the server did not even return to see if everything was in order or whether we needed anything else. I had to ask the lady who was clean for the check because the server could not be found. terrible service overall.
Table was dirty, I walked over and got the spray and wiped down my table. Waitress said she was newly hired. I pointed to what I wanted , which was a 55 and over sr sampler. When I got my plate, I was missing my hash browns , bacon and ham were not on my plate only 1 egg, 1 sausage and 1 pancake. I just assumed she would be back with the rest since she said she was new. I ate what was served and waited. She returned with the check. I told her that i was missing items on my plate and she went back and told cook. She said cook was also new . She did not offer to bring items out to me. I looked at my check and she charged me for a breakfast sampler at 13.40 not a sr sampler which sould be 8.79. I asked her to correct this. She went to manager which was sitting and socializing with guests. She returned and said that she would give me $2 .35 discount. that would bring my bill to 11.05. I told her that was no discount . My original order was only $8.79, and I did not get complete order. Where is my discount? She spoke to manager a second time , offering 50% off which would bring my bill to 6.70. I told her that half of 8.79 =4.39. Manager came over screaming you ate all the food and did not complain. I told her that i did not receive what I had ordered. I should only have to pay for what I ate. I went up to pay my bill and she was still vey nasty to me. She told me DO NOT EVER COME BACK. I can see why the parking lot is empty. I can see why all the tables are empty. I can see why employees do not stay very long. I can see this restaurant being closed in the near future. Did I mention that the food was not that great.
Got the chicken and waffles, the steak burger and French toast. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Even though they were short staffed they were fast and the servers/host were very pleasant.
