The lady at the register was good and did my food right but the lady that was light skin and glasses did not do my smoothies right and they was chunky and ice was still in

My smoothie tasted watered down and dirty. Maybe it was the water. I’ve had the same drink at other locations and loved it :

The smoothies here are absolutely delicious, They don't taste water down or terrible! I always get the detox island green with whey protein. One of the employees recommended me this option and I always get the same thing. That's how delicious it is! I usually come in the morning for happy hour and I was informed of the afternoon happy! I'm so excited I can get a delicious tasting smoothie without it being costly!

I frequent this tropical smoothie a lot and I have always had a pleasant experience. But yesterday 10/18/23 I showed up with my daughter at 830pm when the young man locked the door and he saw us there cause I pulled the door to open. He looked at me from the inside and acted like he didn’t see me when we made direct eye contact. This was just ridiculous I drove to the Hodgkins location to be served.

I went on 10/26, why are the two employees there (male female) locking the door at 8:44pm if it says you guys close at 9:00pm on here? They even came up to the door, unlocked it, cracked it slightly open to tell us they’re closed. Huhhh????? PLEASE FIX YOUR HOURS ON HERE IF YOU CLOSE AT 8:44PM OR SOONER IF YOU DONT CLOSE AT 9.
