Arby's - Cincinnati

We had a small problem with our food order at the Arby's located at 8955 Fields Ertel Rd in Cincinnati, Ohio 45249. David Hall addressed the issue at the drive-thru window, and not only waived our entire bill, but also took care of it personally. He was very apologetic and incredibly polite. Thanks to his exceptional customer service, we will definitely be returning as loyal customers. David truly knows how to impress and satisfy his customers with fresh food and excellent manners. Thank you, David!

Waygu burger...please keep it. Tasted like quality beef. Saw on phone tonight already out. It was best burger I have had in Ohio in 20 years. This April on Maui,Hawaii great burgers at Kimos. There beef grown on Maui.. .... Fresh meat awesome.

I really enjoy dining at Arby's, particularly their specialty shakes and Arby melts. However, the wait times are consistently long, which often deters me from visiting. It's unfortunate because I truly appreciate the delicious food they offer. On a positive note, the employees are always very friendly.

The food at this restaurant was freshly prepared and I was impressed that they were still open after 7. Although there was a bit of a wait in the drive-thru due to the busy evening rush, the staff did a commendable job at efficiently serving customers. The only downside was that they forgot to ask if I needed any sauce or condiments, resulting in us not having any honey mustard for our chicken strips.

I know it sounds strange to rate a fast food place 5 stars, but it really isn't. As fast food goes this place is one of the best. Friendly staff Fast service Good food, hot and made to order Value- get the double beef and cheddar it is huge, the biggest sandwich I have ever received. You owe it to yourself to go here. Most fast food restaurants have a model that you know for each of them, but these guys are really great.
