Really funny atmosphere. eating and drinks were really good. the band plays the night especially. the personal was nice and attentive.
A long time favorite, although I wasn't in a past. my unfortunate to go by before they opened. great hofsitz with fantastic music. a bar like a bar should be. the Greek spaghetti is always difficult to switch. only regrets that the bath was laid out outside, as it was always a novelty to eat in the bathroom.
Came after reading an article about Chef Kayla participating on Chopped. Very pleased with the unique atmosphere- we sat in a covered area that had awesome murals and a spot for a band to play. There was some initial wait for service (probably a miscommunication, it happens), but once the server arrived she was kind and apologetic and the food and drinks made their way to us in short order. We got the Brussels which were fantastic, Peanut Sauce Wings, and the fried chicken and rissoto. Everything was well worth the price of admission, and the unique atmosphere is definitely worth popping in to at least try an appitizer.
As Cincinnati’s oldest, continuously operating restaurant (160 years) Arnold’s offers up great food at a fair price. The atmosphere is fantastic, once you walk through the door, you really feel the history of this establishment. The staff is always kind and attentive, always willing to give tours of the building, sharing little nuggets of Arnold’s trivia. Will definitely be back!
