Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cincinnati

I came to this chipotle with my friend and the line workers were all very nice and eager to help us! everything looked fresh and tasted amazing. the manager, mack, was also very nice and funny. total amazing experience and I definitely recommend to come here!

Extremely disappointed at this place as it was great earlier. but as recently, this place has never vinaigrette. I would say the last 5 times I was “they have run out” although I was one of the first people in which they opened. very dissatisfied as I know how to go into the mlk version, as it seems that they do the dinge the right way and make sure that the vinaiigrette is made.

Best chipotle in the city is close to a college campus, so it is said that many ppl come here eating has no time to put and old, fresh eating constantly pumped

Serious service, bad management, barely edible rice, only 1 1/2 draw when I asked for double meat. every time I go here, I have a very bad experience. I'm just going to the chipotle on alwayson road bc half time, they're from an ingredient I want. I understand that they are one of the busiest chipotles in cincinnati, but with 1 person who works the whole line is not good management. oh, and not even get me started on the attempt to order pickup or delivery: (so many problems I can not even say they all) hardly meat, not ready when I come there, and the delivery always takes at least one hour and a restaurant so long

Usually this restaurant is fine, it gets busy and the staff can be slow sometimes. Today during my visit, it took 10 minutes to get through the 4 customers infront of me. The rice, beans, chicken, and peppers in my order were all cold : I don't usually order guacamole, but when I looked over at it, it looked super brown and disgusting
