Firehouse Subs Tri-county Towncenter

The food here is fantastic, but the service is consistently slow. Honestly, we love this place and truly want it to thrive because of the wonderful work and connections it fosters in the local community. We returned this past Sunday because of the positive experiences we previously had, but we left in January due to the long wait times. I decided to give it another shot today, but after ordering, the person preparing sandwiches informed us it would be at least 20 minutes. When someone called in, they mentioned they were short on staff, which led to my group of four and the eight people behind us in line deciding to leave. It felt as though the staff wanted us to go, as if they were trying to avoid doing their jobs.

Waited so long, it had to change for an order. I came back to work and the meatball sandwich I ordered was converted into a turkey sandwich. I am allergic to truth, so that it was a complete waste.

I am a regular customer likely a few times in the week that is amazing, but the service is really impressive, check them out, they will not be disappointed

The Italian sandwich was incredible, the mac and cheese was fantastic, and the cookie was delicious. I believe most of the negative reviews come from individuals who seem overly concerned about the employees not wearing masks.

The staff was friendly and told immediately upon entering that they were a little backed up and we might have a wait. We didn't end up waiting too long and got good service. The subs were good just wish they'd had a bit more meat.
