Five Boroughs Pizzeria - Cincinnati

As I mentioned, I truly love the pizza, and the only reason I didn't give Five Boroughs a five-star rating is due to a negative experience I had with a pickup order. I ordered a pizza an hour in advance on my way home, but when I arrived to pick it up, the owner informed me that he had forgotten about my order. I responded kindly, understanding that mistakes can happen, and assured him I would wait patiently for my pizza. I even complimented him by saying I had promised my friends that his pizza was the best in the city, so I didn’t mind waiting. However, while I waited, I noticed one of the staff members was waiting for a table and was apologizing for the delay. She mentioned that she would be comping her meal. When my pizza was finally ready and I went to pay, I wasn’t offered any sort of discount or apology for the wait. I didn’t raise the issue because I had spoken with the owner earlier, and he seemed like a nice guy. Up until that point, I had been satisfied with the service and had no complaints. Despite this isolated incident, I would still recommend Five Boroughs Pizza if you're looking for the best New York-style pizza.

The best pizza in Cincinnati! Coming from New Jersey, the promised land of amazing pizza in the United States, I can confidently say this place is just as good. The owner is fantastic, and the pizza is outstanding. You won't regret trying it!
