So terrible customer service. I ordered a sub with salate, cheese and truthahn. I said explicitly, no mayonnaise. the lady who takes my order asked if I wanted to get dead and I said no. I received a sub with tomato, mayo, truthahn and salat. no cheese. when I politely asked to ask if we could correct it or get a load of credit, the man said very rude always no and hang up. what kind of customer service is that?

Absolutely. Terrible. Customer. Service. Only giving a star because I have to to leave a review. Woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Talking over me. Refusing to answer questions. When asked her name, she hung up.

I work close by and this is the perfect lunch spot. Every time I go in service is quick, and my sub tastes great. In addition to the efficiency of service, staff is always friendly !

We had our sandwiches TOPPED with tossed salad and slathered the bottom with greasy slippery oil.

Super jank, will take an hour or more to deliver less than a mile- will not explain anything over the phone. Bread always tastes stale.
