Kung Fu Tea - Cincinnati

I was really looking forward to trying a cocoa milkshake at this place, but unfortunately it was closed. It was disappointing that they didn't mention this online or on their website.

The store was dirty, the employee seemed uninterested, and the drinks were horrible. I was so disappointed. After having an amazing experience at the Kung Fu Tea in the mall, I decided to give this location a chance since it's closer to me. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed.

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. Despite clearly requesting no ice, my drink still came with ice in it. The person who took my order seemed bothered and uninterested, as if I was interrupting their movie time. Additionally, they were out of red bean, milk cap, crystal boba, and their seasonal drink.

They got my drink order wrong and I had to pay for another one for them to get it right.

Drinks were ok but the customer service was awful. That lady hates her job.
