Longhorn Steakhouse - Cincinnati

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The steak was tough and hard to cut. While the waitress was very nice, they ran out of silverware and gave me plastic cutlery to use instead. Trying to cut a tough steak with a plastic knife was impossible. I waited for real silverware, but it didn’t arrive. I felt sorry for the waitress, as she was doing her best to keep up with the demands. It seems like the management either doesn’t want to hire more staff or is having trouble finding employees—I'm not sure which. In hindsight, I wish I had chosen a different place. Given the price, I wouldn’t recommend it unless they address their staffing issues.
