Mcdonald's - Cincinnati

I ordered a mcmuffin in mobile app and waited in the thru running gear for 30 minutes and I received a bagel with nothing in the end.

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I will never visit this location again. I waited in the drive through for over an hour just to be served cold food. They also tried to charge me $20 for my food when what I ordered came down to a little over 8 dollars. After arguing with the girl in the window for a few minutes to explain to her how her math didn't add up she eventually came down to $1 more than what I was supposed to pay. She also tried to argue that they did not offer the deal for the buy 1 get one for $1 when it was clearly posted on the drive through signs. I gave up and paid. A child in 1st grade could have gotten my bill correct. They didn't even give me my receipt so I have no way to formally complain about it either. I have no idea what was going on in there, but someone needs to be fired and replaced. It appeared that they had plenty of staff inside when I looked through their window. If you watch the cameras you will see just how terrible they were doing. My visit was Sunday, October 2nd around 3-4 am. Oh yea their payment systems were down too, so cash only. They had no signage or any indication about this until they told me at the speaker. Luckily I had cash on me, otherwise I would have waited for nothing.

It took 15 minutes to get an order in the app. avoid them like the plague because they have completely forgotten my drink, leave a plump of my double cheeseburger and could not even apologize for the delay when they broke out my eating. they've been looking for 'help' signs up, I hope they start from ground up. okay, it's possible that there are some good workers in this layer, but they're well hidden.

Of all mcdonald’s everywhere ohio, I’ve never been with one that’s much more busy. the only good thing is that eating is always fresh and made to order, but as they can imagine, all the other facets take a hit. Waiting times are long, it is in the hood, they even have a homeless mascot that stares them while they order over the drive thru. If you're in town and want your mcdonald to be done right, stop. that's the only reason to stay here.

The girl at the drive was clear that she didn't want to be there. she was less than pleasant. I wanted to make an order. I got food for my enkel in the cancer center and went through enough negativity. the young at the pick-up window was very pleasant, but so I was grateful for his bright smile and his friendly attitude. food: 4/5
