McDonald's is McDonald's. Sometimes they're great, other times they're not. Everyone makes mistakes, so I don't hold it against them. Most of the time they get my order right, but occasionally they mess up. Some of the staff are friendly, while others are not. It just depends on the day you go. In terms of kid-friendliness, McDonald's has always been great. Not all locations have a play area, which is convenient for quick visits.
