Nikki is a jewel of a waitress. we always ask for her and she always delivers. love her! eating was terrific! pepperadelle was from this world, like the duckbrust. kudos!

We were quickly greeted and sitting and even had to ask one stand and they moved us! jeremy was so helpful. the burrata was amazing, cocktails were super ace. the duck and campanella were so good. we loved the personalized experience and would go back to a heartbeat! many thanks for an important birthday special. I love metropoles!

Beautiful place to stay and fantastic eating and service!

We loved our server. we loved the pinguins. we loved eating. I wish there were more vegetarian options. I wish it was a little cheaper.

Arrived at the reservation time and seated. Server gave us menus and then did not return. Grabbed another server, eventually, and she took our orders and brought drinks. After 35 minutes of no more service, and tables getting served food who arrived after us, we walked out.
