Usually I am regularly at the site with a consistent tipp, although I order to go, but unfortunately my last two experiences with this place was confusing and disturbing for me and my credit card. I was in an accident that led to me not being able to come back to my order in august, and although I called to cancel the order, I never received my money back or something from the restaurant in this name. I ignored it, but recently on October 29, I made an order to go where a tip was to my entrance. I especially remember this young woman and made sure I didn't want to type her. I decided, as this was the SECOND time, that I had taken money from me to get in. I was politely greeted with a manager, but instead of a gift card personally I was only asked about my email. it is a good opportunity to use this opportunity.

Our server james from west Africa was awesome! james made our eating experience very memorable by making all our desires and needs of providing the seasoned for a simple salad on the side, without garlic season on the brot. When he took our order, he also asked and wrote our names, so as he served to eat, he gave us a personal experience. james is a respectful, well spoken and a very professional young man who should be praised for his service. if you want to go to this Oakley location, please ask for james they will not be disappointed! parking: location of parking was safe and convenient to the main entrance.

Arrived 8:50. place closes by 10. I sat right away. said the server name that would be on the table. she just never showed it. the next 16 minutes and seemingly endless borrowers from the 50s and 60s (seriously, is this a thing in the olive garden? a lot of workers push pressure suckers and wander around. there were a few on a date the next table about that were done and nothing about it. it was strange in a big empty room that I sat next to the only others in the room. on the front you turned to the front to see if there was space at the bar, but everyone was at an angle, so there was no sense. another server has chatted the bartender. the greeting was on a couch on her phone so I just let her know that the server never showed and I left.

My waitress was amazing and actually took care of us. However, me and my boyfriend ordered the chicken parmigiana and later that evening were sick from food poisoning. We were curious why our food came out pretty fast. I do not recommend people dine in at this location.
