Penn Station - Cincinnati

The Philly Cheesesteak was made just as I requested. The fries were warm and delicious. All the condiments I needed were included, and the order arrived right on schedule. Excellent!

Delicious as always, the French fries stood out as especially good today. However, I had to deduct a star because banana peppers were added to my sandwich without my request.

The chips were all crushed and there wasn't even half a bag, but everything else was good.

This is generally a great spot for a meal. When I first began visiting, the staff consistently ensured that my order was hot, fresh, and prepared correctly. However, lately, many of the employees appear to be a bit out of it.
