Th 11.09.23 Madeira Dinner Food was cooked well and tasted great, but your PORTIONS are ridiculously small and with how high your prices are now this was disappointing, to say the least... Staff are mostly nice and friendly, although the girl working the cash register came out to give us our food and was clearly in a bit of a rush (or maybe irritated by something? and essentially threw the tray down, spilling fries out onto my (elderly father. If it was an accident, a simple apology would have been fine but she literally looked right at me, didn't apologize let alone offer to help clean up the mess or get us more fries and just went back behind the counter... The restaurant was practically empty too, so why that even happ'd I have no idea... But her whole demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional at that pt. My family and I have been long standing Penn Station customers since the 90s, at various locations all over Cincinnati but all 3 of us that night said that was prob the last time any of us will be back... I know I won't be for sure, at this location!
