Piada Italian Street Food - Cincinnati

Terrible service. I loved the food, but a gentleman working there was incredibly rude about a refill on a drink. His coworker told me I could get a free refill and he came out from the back yelling at me in front of my boss as I refilled it. I apologized and he continued on and on about it to the point that my boss no longer wants to return. Until this point we'd spent hundreds of dollars here, but no pasta/drink is worth getting yelled at by a guy clearly having a bad day.

The food was fresh and served hot. They have a summer drink it is great. Not to sugary. I loved that they cooked my salmon to order. It was tasty and you can add other things from the bar if you want????. I had the pesto bowl????

UPDATE 7/20/22: order placed 5:11pm, promised 5:30pm, received 5:41pm. Staff is very nice about it though. They know it?s not going well operationally seems to be on the upper management. UPDATE: reordered and got it made correctly. Also, bringing it down a star since they are 14 minutes late in delivering my order, I ordered 29 minutes ago. ORIGINAL: Good food but not consistent. This was good! Checked this place out for the first time so have nothing to compare it to????????? all I know is?.it was very tasty and delicious! Service was great and order made as requested. Menu small and straight to the point. I did add chicken to my roll. ??????

I had ordered a carbonara i did not ask for steak and when asking for it to be removed multiple times, nobody removed it. I originally asked for it with salmon and the salmon was cold and under cooked. I know it?s a new place but the custom service was not the best.
