Rally's - Cincinnati

This is the worst Rally's location. They consistently mess up orders and often forget entire items.

So far, their food is amazing! I'm really enjoying the fries, and my drink is nice and strong, just the way I like it. A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Rally's tonight—you all did an incredible job!

The order was accurate, fresh, and delicious. It was great to see, especially after receiving the wrong drink during my last visit. Thank you!

The drive-thru attendant rudely signaled us to move forward, then yelled at us when we reached the window. We only received half of our order, and what we did get was incorrect and of lesser value than what we paid. The food was good, but given the experience, it’s hard to shake the feeling that something unsavory might have happened.

They are rarely open during their stated hours. They need to provide accurate opening times both online and at their location. Their signs and online information claim they are open until 4 o'clock, but that is not the case.
