Rally's - Cincinnati

This restaurant is one of the cleanest in this area of the city. I stopped by late at night to grab some food and the late night staff were very friendly. I didn't catch the name of the server, but she was absolutely amazing on 4/11/2022, getting our orders out efficiently.

I was very pleased to find that the restaurant was open and was able to finally get two large breakfast meals. However, it seems like the restaurant struggles to keep employees or find willing workers. Many times they claim that their registers are not working or there are not enough staff to serve customers, but instead of taking action they sit in their cars and handle payments through a drive-through system.

The equipment was not working, so I ended up getting a delicious swirl instead. They should definitely consider adding it to the menu.

The fries were extremely hard, the funnel cake fries were also hard, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was cold and difficult to chew. Additionally, it appeared that the lettuce on the sandwich was old. The food was delivered through DoorDash.

The food was terrible and barely warm. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, but my cousin was also intoxicated so I wouldn't take that too seriously. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
