SILVER SPRING HOUSE RESTAURANT

Let me start off by saying wish I would have eaten here sooner. Me and my wife had the impression this was just standard bar food but we got a recommendation from our neighbor while we are at the pool this morning to try it for lunch and so glad we did. I got the free range grilled chicken dinner and it was phenomenal. The price was great because it was actually like two meals in one. I had a left over chicken breast I took home with me. The roasted red mashed potatoes were also great. Atmosphere was incredible, felt like being in Florida. Our waitress was also top notch and very friendly. Free popcorn to snack on while you wait for the meal and the waitress left a drink pitcher with us so refills were no problem. The whole experience gets 5 stars from me and we will be back. Definitely more than standard bar food, this is a top notch place in the Cinci area.

Food was ok things are different since I’ve been there. My husbands onion rings were cold. Our server was so kind did all she could to make things nice for us. Brought pitchers for refills on drinks, replaced the o ion rings but after we were almost finished with the meal). The server was excellent. I have to say the food has gotten higher in price not as good. I have always loved going here. My husband hasn’t cared for it for a while, but I always enjoyed the place. And when did ‘house’ wine go up to $12 a glass? Kind of sad. The salad price was too high for what I received. So sorry this place has changed not for the good.

My Mom and I tried to have dinner on Saturday, August 17, 2024 and we received the upmost disrespectful service. We were African American customers trying to have a nice dinner and no waiter or waitress came to our table at all. My mom even looked at a few waitresses directly in the face and these waitresses quickly turned their heads and kept on walking away. The 17th was my family and I's last time that we will eat at the Silver Spring House and we will make our experience known many other restaurant review websites

This place is busy, always. The food was OK. It's bar food. Nothing extraordinary. Our server was great. She was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is a bar like with no AC room. All the windows are open and fans are on high. Parking: Make sure come early to get parking

Always yummy! Years later still one of our favorite places!
