Taco Bell - Cincinnati

Ordered a cheese Gordita crunch. No soft shell on outside Got a beefy burrito with frito chips. They crushed up a hard taco and put that in there. No straw. I mean how hard is it to read a screen and make it the way it’s on there. If you can’t read go back to school. If your just lazy well then your the problem and need to be fired. Overall it’s on management. Service: Take out

Very disappointed. Ordered 12 things online. Including a Mexican pizza. Husband got home and we found the pizza was at the bottom of the bag. 10 things stacked on top of it smashing it. I hate that. Why can't they put the pizza in a bag by itself. After spending 50 dollars limit going though drive thru you'd think they would do that. They're only saving grace is I love their pizza. Meal type: Dinner

Last night a mobile order for collection, ordering was paid and confirmed. drawn into the driving thru line, was screamed by the loudspeaker who says that the place was closed. I asked twice if I could only pay my food for me. in all two minutes to be there, a hired went to my car, haunted me, told me to cancel my order to get a refund and then immediately the bulls on me for the transfer, after I have my flag signs very loud on the rest of the running line thru line. completely unacceptable, rude and unprofessional. every person at this place should be fired. do not want to do their job they have requested, interviewed and accepted? get another job. will not come back here.

Waits in drivethru for 15 min (not bc cement blocks they leave) ordered 6 soft 6 hard tacos. After I pay, they say they are made of taco meat and it will be 30 min, but they have steak and huh. I say they tell me to move, then bring out a partybox 5 minutes later. all tacos were frozen.
