Wendy's - Cincinnati

At the end of the day, it's still just Wendy's, but the service was quick, precise, and the food was fresh.

The worst we've ever eaten. my hamburger double stack smaller than a slider and was made dry many hours ago. my wife salat strawberry summer salad had rotten strawberries. she took the salat back. no. Excuse her just returned the $8.50 manager wouldn't even make eye contact. very disappointed

I tried to go to lunch. the dining room was open. we waited and waited for one of the 3 employees we could see chatting through the running window above would wait for us. they looked at us, why are you here? we left. then they locked the door behind us. No one was in the car. a Saturday afternoon at 2:45 o'clock. can not wait! would not give stars if there was an option!

Employee at drive-thru was very polite. food quality was better than most. definitiw one of the better wendy’s stands

Shameful on a Saturday evening, even after the dinner rush. Drive thru backed up 5 cars and never even moved one car after 15 minutes. Left and went elsewhere.
