Wendy's - Cincinnati

My whole order was right. the whole staff was friendly and courteous food: 5/5

This place is a ****. You never know what you're gonna get. Sometimes eating is great and the staff is friendly, but more often than not, eating is terrible and the staff is not friendly at all. I can handle curbing workers when it's worth eating, but that's not the case here. it is rare to see the same person there more than once. we only have two almost food restaurants in mt washington, so people go to this place because there is no other possibility. wendy is not cheap, so it is very frustrating to pay a small asset for barely edible foods. I'll say I didn't have any problems with her breakfast, and the staff in the morning are kind.

This is the worst Wendy 's of all time. The drive through is glacially slow. I mean it 's just Wendy 's, not fine food. If it 's not fast, what good is it? When I asked for my money back, because I had someplace to be and was just out of time, the woman leaned out the window and yelled don 't come back! You can count on it.

The drive thru is usually always backed up, and it takes a while to get your food. I've had items missing before and old fries and nuggets. Most days the food is pretty fresh.
