Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza

I love these Dominos. Great staff and fast service! My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that they always skip the butter garlic that should go on the crust. My main reason to order Dominos! I asked why and the answer is that she is busy and just skipping. Later it is every time. I just wish there was an option for notes in the online ordering system so I could request that it didn't skip for me. Calling is rough no answer. It is literally the main reason I like dominos pizza and it is so lacking when they skip. Apart from that, they are fantastic!

I ordered a pizza yesterday and have been waiting for it, but it still hasn't been delivered. This is the third time this has happened and I paid a lot of money. What is going on?

Ordered online a couple days ago using my free pizza coupon. Added a number of other items to my order. 10 minutes later I got a text saying my order was cancelled. I called the store and the gal I talked to just said there were no drivers and hung up. A day later I noticed all my points for my free pizza were no longer there. I called the store and talked to Scott, the GM. He profusely apologized and gave me a credit for the points I had lost and said that he wanted to keep my business. Well, they will have my business going forward. It was a pleasurable outcome to an unfortunate situation. Will highly recommend this store any day. Thank you for taking the time to portray exemplary customer service.

I want to give these guys the benefit of the doubt because I once had a terrible manager at my own job, but I have to be honest. This restaurant is not worth visiting if you care about the quality of your food. They constantly mess up my orders, the app is a disaster, toppings are either missing or excessive, and overall, I can't rely on them to get my order right. It's disappointing for residents of Blaine who are looking for a good pizza place. I will never order from here again, as the manager had the audacity to blame me for expecting timely delivery, despite tipping and being patient with all their errors. Avoid this place at all costs.

I got the 2 3-toppings pizzas and bread bites. They accidentally made two of the same pizzas, bummer! But I called them and they were very quick to fix the issue and had my second pizza at my house in less than 15 minutes.
